US MAIL, PACKAGES, UPS AND FEDEX ARE DELIVERED 

TO CAMPUS MONDAY - FRIDAY YEAR ROUND.

Student Mail Services processes all mail delivery for residential students and utilizes a package tracking system for all items that do not fit in mail units.  We are located on the 1st floor of the Harre Union, across from the Campus Cafe, just inside the northwest entrance.  Additional services available include outgoing United Parcel Service (UPS).

Mail Units are assigned to all students living on campus in a residence hall. Students will retain the same mail unit as long as they reside on campus. Unit numbers and combinations are available for students at DataVU, "My Profile".

• Please do not send cash through the US Mail.
• Students are encouraged to check their units for mail and small packages on a regular basis.
• ALL students are encouraged to notify Student Mail Services and Registrar when they no longer reside in a residence hall using the Forward or Cancel Address form or http://www.valpo.edu/registrar/assets/pdfs/Chgaddr.pdf.

  

US Mail Policy

The United States Postal Service restricts the use of  “mail box”, “PO Box”, etc. and has assigned the term “unit” to identify delivery points for individuals living on campus.
