Associate Professor of Law Mike Murray will be presenting his paper entitled, Everything That Rises Must Converge: The Emerging Doctrine of Transformation and Predominant Purpose as the Governing Standard for Copyright Fair Use, Right of Publicity Fair Use, and the Censorship of Artistic Expression, at the 13th Annual Association for the Study of Law, Culture and the Humanities (ASLCH) Conference, March 19-20, 2010, at Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island.
