You can reach the IT Help Desk
- in person at the Christopher Center for Library and Information Resources (CCLIR). The Help Desk is located on the first floor between the main computer cluster and Grinders coffee shop

Hours
Hours for the IT Help Desk during Thanksgiving 2008 are listed below.
- Regular hours through Thursday, November 20th.
- Friday, November 21st: open 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday, November 22nd & Sunday, November 23rd: closed
- Monday, November 24th & Tuesday, November 25th: open 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Wednesday, November 26th through Saturday, November 29th: closed due to University holiday
- Sunday, November 30th: reopen at 2:00pm to midnight
- Regular hours (noted below) resume on Monday, December 1st.
IT Help Desk regular hours for fall semester 2008 are as follows:
- Sundays, noon to midnight
- Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00am to midnight
- Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturdays, 10:00am to 6:00pm
Regular semester hours may not apply during semester breaks, holidays, or summer sessions. Variations on the regular hours are available on the Help Desk phone tree: 464-5678, option 1.
