The IT Help Desk is looking to hire a few additional consultants to work with our team for the 2011 Fall Semester. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals who have some degree of technical fluency. New student consultants are provided training on various university systems, ticket processing, customer service methodologies, and troubleshooting processes in preparation for your first shift at the IT Help Desk. The student consultant position is a great on-campus job for students of all majors and for students of various technical skill capabilities.
