ValpoNet’s Identity Manger allows you to reset your ValpoNet password after answering several challenge questions. You must first define your account’s challenge questions by logging on to Identity Manager at: valpo.edu/it/valponet
During your first logon you will given the opportunity to define two challenge questions and answers, as well as defining an answer for the Admin Defined Challenge question. When you choose your User Defined Challenge questions, be sure to select questions that only you will be able to answer correctly. The answers you define for any of the questions do not need to be true and are not case-sensitive. For example, you may create the Challenge Question, “What color is the sky?” and define the answer as “green”; just be sure that you can recall the answer you define.
