Novell GroupWise is Valpo’s email system for faculty, students and staff. GroupWise is a comprehensive collaborative software product offering e-mail, calendaring, instant messaging, and task, contact and document management.
GroupWise has a client for Windows, a cross-platform client for Linux and Mac, as well as an excellent WebAccess client. Faculty and staff will access GroupWise using the GroupWise client installed on each computer or via the internet using GroupWise WebAccess. Students will access GroupWise only through WebAccess. The Office of Information Technology supports GroupWise and provides documentation and training on its use.
