FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - How intensive is the INTERLINK program?
Students receive 23-26 hours of instruction per week. Most students spend three to five additional hours per day on out-of-class assignments. - How long do students study at INTERLINK?
Depending on a student's prior knowledge of English and language ability, his/her stay in the program may be as short as nine weeks or as long as 12 months. - How are new students evaluated?
Upon arrival, students are tested for proficiency and assigned to appropriate levels. Performance is reviewed weekly to determine deficiencies so that timely steps can be taken to correct them. - Does INTERLINK provide medical assistance?
Student medical care is available through the university health facilities, and students are referred to private doctors when necessary. - How do I get to INTERLINK?
New students receive information on travel, transportation from the airport, first night accommodations, and emergency contacts. - How much money do I need for personal expenses?
At least $250 per nine-week term is recommended for personal needs. - Will I have an academic advisor?

Yes VISA INFORMATION INTERLINK is authorized by the U.S. Federal Government to issue I-20 forms to qualified non-immigrant students and scholars. Once an applicant has been accepted, the I-20 form will be issued for obtaining a student (F-1) visa at a U.S. consulate abroad. | |
