Founders & Board of Directors

Founders: Full tuition
Board of Directors: $21,500 per year ($86,000 for 4 years)

Additional Selection Criteria (Founders Scholarship & Board of Directors)

• For entering freshmen only; selected from an extremely competitive pool by Valpo staff and faculty.
• Must be an exceptional fit for Valparaiso University in all aspects of life-academically, spiritually, socially, and extra-curricular.
• Student must have a commitment to leadership and service.

Application Process

• Submit a completed admission application with required materials by Dec. 1
• Interview required for final candidates by invitation only

Notification/Contact

Presidential Scholarship

• $12,000 - $17,000 per year ($48,000 - $68,000 for 4 years)

Additional Selection Criteria

• Entering freshmen only
• Based upon highest combined subscore (ACT or SAT) and GPA. Improved test scores or seventh semester transcript may be considered if received by Feb 15.

Honors Award

• $8,500 - $9,500 per year ($34,000 - $38,000 for 4 years)
