     • Common Application Supplement — After completing the Common Application, please be sure to also submit Valpo's online Supplement form or print and submit the Common Application Supplement PDF. (120 KB)
2. Submit your completed application to the Valparaiso University Office of Admission along with:
   • Your personal statement
   • Your official college transcripts (from all colleges attended)
   • Your official high school transcript(s) and your standardized test scores if you have completed less than 24 college credits
   • A $30 non-refundable, paper application fee (Fee is waived for online applications.)
