Drew Nelson, a nursing student from Brown Deer, Wis., found Valparaiso University’s campus to be just the right size for the type of inclusive, engaging community he was seeking.

In his video, Drew talks about his first-rate experience in the College of Nursing, as well as finding friends for a lifetime through his fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi.

On campus and off, in the classroom and outside of it, Valpo students feel a sense of community. Residence halls are a focal point for friendship, whether forming intramural teams or organizing spur-of-the-moment activities.

See a show at the Valparaiso University Center for the Arts. Attend a Division I sporting event. Join a campus media organization. You will find opportunities to take leadership roles in important ways – at Valpo, you’ll develop as a student and a complete person.
